Nothing New

There's not a lot of news here lately- so I haven't posted in a while. Kaden is loving school and soccer. We are trying to find a good routine to get back into. It feels weird lately-this summer/fall limbo we're in has got me in a funk. I'm wishing it would just stay about 65-70 degrees for a while instead of going from this 85 directly to winter!

Tyler and I recently started with a personal trainer and it has been a kind of struggle for me- changing the way you eat is a big deal, as well as making it to the gym EVERY DAY no matter what...it has been an adjustment but we are already seeing results 4 weeks in. Maybe when we're super hot I'll post before and afters :)

In other news Tyler is starting a new job with Kellogg at the end of the month! It is almost like a new career since he will be switching industries from utilities to manufacturing/food. (Though he will still be in accounting.) There are SOOO many opportunities there, we are so blessed to have gotten in! The best part is he will be literally 2 minutes from home- we get about 10 hrs of our life back each week (due to no commute)!

Here are some fun pics of the kids- we have had a few lazy days recently:

Watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on their 'bed'

Ky and MJ spending quality time while Kaden's at school. She is rolling/scooting backwards all over the place now.

Her favorite teether (she has 2 teeth now!) Dogs' mouths are cleaner than humans' right? RIGHT?

So that's all for now! There will be birthday posts coming up later in the month :)

Congrats on the new job!! A short commute is awesome, you guys will LOVE it. I've been meaning to ask you for your email address, I started a blog and wanted to "invite" you. Trust me, it's nothing great and I may never update it :) We'll see!

I can't wait to see before and after pics! Although, I really can't imagine you needing to loose any weight at all...

thanks D, you're too nice! not all of us are naturally tall and thin...ahem! j/k. the main idea with the trainer is to change body composition from flabby/chubby to toned/lean...so my weight wont change much but i will be noticeably leaner/toned- hopefully!
