I am reading the book called "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch, and one of the main themes is attaining your childhood dreams. It really made me pause to think about and reevaluate mine, and whether or not I've accomplished any of them. I hadn't even thought about them in years...so how could I possibly be working towards them? Well it was actually really neat to remember them, and to see how many I actually have attained. Here are just a few:
*Be independent/go to college
*Get married/be a mom
*Learn to speak/read French
*Go to Hawaii
Another part of this theory is helping others attain their dreams- and I am truly appreciative of those who have helped me attain mine (thanks for knocking me up Ty :) There are still a few more that I need to work on...such as write a book, swim with dolphins, see Europe. But I feel I'm off to a pretty good start. Soon I will need to think up new dreams-- who says they all have to be from my childhood?

Isn't it fun to look back on those dreams?!?! Going to college was always my big childhood dream and now that I have been there done that it's hard to think of others... But I'm working on it :) For now I will just stick to the dream of finally having things moved and organized and be on top of the whole teaching thing! lol!
sounds good to me!
