Easter 2012

Kyson's face when he saw the Easter Bunny came!

Kaden is at the age where he isn't sure if he's being fooled or not- I think he is excited either way :)

Mia's got her mask on...

Bubbles!

Kyson wasted no time getting into the eggs!

I love their cute morning faces

THERE she goes...except now her bangs are in the way :)

Mouthful

New Easter clothes! The boys don't want haircuts so I tried my best to clean up the edges. Mia's hair is half up in two french braids that meet together. I'm biased but they are one cute bunch!

Kaden is ok being silly sometimes...

We had a good Easter and even made it to church on time! We were bummed that Uncle Cameron had to go back to Michigan today- but are excited for him to move to Utah in June! The kids have really loved spending time with him this past week- thanks for visiting us, Cam!

Spring Time at the Zoo

My little apes

Kaden and Mia on the big elephant- Kyson didn't want to sit on it.

Kaden and Mia on the Carousel- Kyson was on the peacock bench but grandma couldn't get a pic :)

On the train!
We are going to have fun getting grandma's money's worth at the zoo this year! (She bought a pass last summer) Thanks, Grana, for the fun day!

Spring Chickens

Meet the newest members of our 'homestead' Princess, Beak-Beak, and Chick-a-Dee!

Princess and Chick-a-Dee will eat out of your hands

Mia with Princess. She asks over and over "Where's MINE?" She can't tell them apart yet.

It was a gorgeous day and the chicks first time outside.
We are hoping to be able to eat their eggs and that they will control some of the bugs out back near our garden! The kids LOVE them and it has been really fun watching them grow. We got them at about 3 weeks old and the are starting to lose their fuzz and grow feathers! Once it's warm they'll live in their coop out back. For now they're in a box in the garage with a lamp on them 24/7. (They started out in our living room but the dust and feather fuzz in the air was too much for me!)

TreeHouse Museum Fun

Nana & Papa got the kids a Tree House Museum membership for Christmas and today we got to go and use it! It was the best time we've had since it wasn't a discount day it wasn't packed like usual :) And now that the kids are a little bit older they have better attention spans and really get into the themes. We are so excited to go back again and again! Now enjoy 41 pictures :)

Their favorite exhibit is the firetruck
